We are able to offer a member of staff trained with a Certificate in Personnel Practices from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development to undertake corporate investigations for organisations without in-house Human Resources, or in instances where an external investigation is called for.
With experience of investigations into employee conduct, attendance and performance, we can offer a service that integrates with your own company regulations and terms of service and maintains compliance with employment legislation.
We can provide full support and briefings to management, and will produce a formal report of the investigation as required. These services are usually undertaken on an hourly-rate basis, but we would be happy to consider your requirements with a view to offering fixed rates dependant on the circumstance.
We also undertake pre-employment checks such as confirmation of identity and employment references for companies hiring new members of staff.
